The Scarecrow

This photo was taken in Leakey, Texas. A buddy and I were traveling around the area looking for some cool things to photograph when he quickly whipped the car around.

He had just pointed out a house where an old legend of the lady in the white dress originated in the area, so my mind was still processing the story and I totally missed this scene.

He pulled into the driveway, and got out and walked up to the front door. I had no idea what he was doing, thinking maybe a friend of his lived there. I took a few shots from the car, not the best shots.

A few moments later he came out with an older gentleman who was happy that someone stopped to admire his work.

Im A huge Halloween season fan, yes I love the spooky. Im so happy we stopped, but still curious about the legend of the white lady…..
